Preparation for the project included the removal of the existing patio area, it’s steps and adjoining rockery area across the rear of the house.
We constructed large brickwork pillars and added stepped down border details to be sympathetic to the brickwork construction of the house. The 100 square meter patio area spans the entire width of property with the use of Raj Blend Indian Sandstone to complete the traditional look and feel. The use of braided wires around the patio area adds a modern twist with traditional brickwork piers.
The existing house foundations were re-dressed in neat brick and slab work, for protection and aesthetic improvement to this stunning Sussex country home.
